You can book a health test on the Augmentum website through the following ways

Select a package that best suits your requirements or doctor recommended tests from the “Health Checkup Packages”.

 

You can also choose tests based on your Health Risk areas by selecting from various health risks listed on our homepage.

 
 
For specific tests, search in the “Search Box”
 

Once you have selected the package click on the add to cart option.

Enter your phone number and the OTP you receive. Update details of members who you want to add on for the test. Update a convenient date and time for sample collection.

Select a payment method and complete your order.

Once you complete your order, your summary page will open with details of your booking.

You can chat with our health experts via the chat window at bottom right corner of the website & provide details of your health condition to get the right advice on preferred tests. You can also call us on +91-7042295656 to get recommendations.

Augmentum is a direct to customer business with no middlemen involved. Also we have our own labs as well as partner labs where all the processes are controlled internally. Through a combination of the above factors we are able to control our costs and transfer the benefit to our customers in the form of lower prices.

Fasting maybe required in case of a few tests to ensure accurate results. In general it is also advisable to abstain from alcohol and heavy diet at least for 24 hours before any health test. You can see the requirement for each test on the product page.

You can pay for your tests through netbanking, debit card, credit card, UPI or COD. Once you have made the booking you will see your order and booking summary on the app & website and will also receive an SMS/WhatsApp with details of your booking and sample collection slot on your registered mobile number.

You will receive an WhatsApp with the details of your booking and your sample collection time slot on your registered mobile number immediately after you book a test. You can also check “My bookings” section in your on your account on web.If you have opted-in for Whatsapp communication, you will be notified over Whatsapp/Email as well.

You can view all your past bookings under the “My bookings” section under your profile icon on your account on web.

We have various payment options available. You can pay through online banking, debit card, credit card, UPI, wallets and COD (Cash on Delivery).

Yes, similar to your other transactions via debit or credit card, paying for your tests is completely safe, we have secure payment gateways, platform audits and payment security certificates in place.

Your samples will be collected from the convenience of your home or office at a time slot you have chosen.

No, we generally do not levy any home collection charges. However, a nominal fee is charged if your order is below ₹499 and your blood sample pickup timeslot falls during our peak service hours (6am-10am). These charges will reflect in the final payment page.

At Augmentum, we try to provide you reports at the earliest possible. The delivery of reports depends on your location. You can view your expected delivery time on the selected test page. This takes around 24-48 hours.

Your soft copy will be sent on registered email id and WhatsApp. You can also check your smart report in “My Reports” section on the web.
