The ENA Profile Test is a panel of blood tests that detects the presence of specific autoantibodies targeting a group of proteins found within the nucleus of a cell, collectively known as Extractable Nuclear Antigens (ENA).
These autoantibodies are strongly associated with several distinct Systemic Rheumatic Diseases (also known as connective tissue diseases or CTDs), including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren's Syndrome, Scleroderma, and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD). The ENA profile helps to differentiate these conditions after a positive ANA (Antinuclear Antibody) test is found.
At Augmentum Diagnostics, an NABL Accredited Lab in Delhi, we perform the ENA Profile with precision, providing crucial data for the specific diagnosis and classification of autoimmune disorders.
