The Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) with 75g Glucose (3-Sample) is a standard diagnostic test primarily used to screen and confirm Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) in pregnant women, as well as to diagnose Diabetes Mellitus or Prediabetes in non-pregnant adults.

This test involves measuring the body's ability to clear a large amount of glucose from the bloodstream over a two-hour period, requiring three precisely timed blood draws.
