The p-ANCA (Perinuclear Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies) test is a specialized immunological blood test used to detect autoantibodies that produce a characteristic perinuclear staining pattern within white blood cells. A positive p-ANCA result is highly correlated with the presence of Myeloperoxidase (MPO) antibodies.
